Your HP 250G3 is running Windows 8.1 with a wireless connection, but the internet isn't working. You've already tried reinstalling drivers, and it didn't help. Since you're using a wireless setup, check your network settings, ensure the router is functioning properly, and verify that your device is connected to the correct Wi-Fi network. If issues persist, consider restarting your router or contacting HP support for further assistance.

Checked for drivers from the provided link. Need to identify the Wi-Fi card your notebook uses. Try opening Device Manager, locate the network card, remove it, then click "Remove drivers" and restart. If that doesn’t work, download the appropriate driver and install it. Apologies for the Danish Windows comment.

Have you attempted to open the laptop and check the adapter connection?

I tried but couldn't figure it out. I removed the screws, yet I don't believe I can install a wireless USB adapter.

You asked about your origin, but I don't have that information. Could you clarify where you're from?
