Problem with Windows update functionality.
The updates are not completing properly and often cause errors. Restarting or shutting down seems to trigger the "Getting Windows Ready" screen repeatedly. There might be an issue with the installation process that needs troubleshooting.

Maybe verify the "always run as administrator" setting—without it, the same error appears.
Not that I'm really savvy at it, but I'm curious what kinda error popped out ? If there's an error code , let us know what's the error code on which update module. Example : 0x80070643 for KB5034441
