I have a Windows-powered computer, but when I try to boot from the drive you selected, it keeps asking for boot media. It seems the Windows Boot Manager isn’t working properly. Right now, I can only start Windows using my backup hard drive. Can I still reinstall Windows to my main drive so it loads correctly again?

Verify drive number one first to confirm functionality. Identify the manufacturer, then locate their diagnostic tools (such as Seagate’s Seatools). Run a test on the drive initially.
