Your PC starts with Windows 11 but you can’t access Task Manager or shut it down except by navigating folders. After a hard reset it functions again, yet the issue resurfaces the next day. You’ve already reinstalled Windows—what else could be causing this?

Type "services.msc" in the terminal. This will direct you to a console for managing services. You can right-click on a service and select Start, Stop, or Restart. Options include setting the timing and method of starting the service. For more details, check the elevenforum website.

I’m having trouble accessing the terminal—it’s just the desktop, and the file explorer is working but files aren’t opening.

I restored Windows by reinstalling it. After that, I reinstalled the latest drivers from the internet for my computer, motherboard, and graphics card. Be careful not to reinstall the same problematic software again, as it could cause the problem to return. If needed, I’ll reinstall Windows once more and get updated drivers from reliable sources.
