The system isn't opening Windows, even after using a USB drive for the repair tool. You see a mouse cursor and a blue background but nothing appears when you try to launch a window prompt.

Remove your boot drive and attempt to start from the installation disc.

I took the device off the power supply and connected it via HDMI, and it started functioning properly. I’m not sure what happened before.
