Problem with Windows launching.
During an update on my desktop PC this evening, something malfunctioned and it got stuck on the Windows 10 logo when I restarted. After that, I attempted to boot into Startup Repair, which also became stuck on the automatic repair screen. I've also tried making a Windows 10 installation USB, but it doesn't load properly.
Hi, By connecting the USB and pressing a key like F8, you can reach the BIOS and set your USB as the first boot device. Then you should see the Windows installer window, where you need to follow the instructions: When you reach the Install Windows screen, tap or click Repair your computer to launch the Windows Recovery Environment. In that environment, go to the Choose an option screen, tap or click Troubleshoot. Select advanced options and then choose Startup repair.
