You're facing an issue where Windows installation fails due to missing or corrupt files. The error suggests the system can't locate necessary components, possibly because of a broken installation or incomplete setup. Try verifying your installation media and ensuring all required files are present before proceeding. If the problem persists, consider using a fresh installation media or reinstalling Windows from a verified source.

Have you attempted to generate the installation media more than once? Does this occur consistently?

Looking into the likely problem, do you have the ISO file downloading through a wireless connection or directly over Ethernet? A friend I found online shared the same issue and managed to fix it by downloading the ISO via Ethernet. Using WiFi might result in a partial ISO if packets get lost.

Downloading over Ethernet on your laptop is possible. For a reliable ISO, consider using an external drive instead of relying solely on Ethernet. You can still download the file, but an external storage offers better performance and stability. Good luck tonight!

You are downloading the ISO via the Windows Create Media utility, correct? Have you attempted both downloading the ISO and generating a bootable drive using this tool?

I attempted to create a bootable USB from that site, but it failed. Then I downloaded an ISO using imgburn and used Rufus to mount it on my USB drive, though that also didn’t work. I also tried the process on a second HDD, which produced the same issue.

You can click "Cancel" to restart the installation, which might resolve the issue.
