Windows explorer isn't working after your PC came back online following a power outage. You've tried most troubleshooting steps online, but they haven't helped. Since you're using the dev channel build for Windows 11, consider checking the system logs, ensuring all drivers are up to date, and verifying hardware stability. If issues persist, restarting the device or consulting Microsoft support may be necessary.

Are you sure all system information is complete? Look for crash logs in the Event Viewer. Please note, Windows 11 isn’t even released yet, so these problems might not be fixed.

It occurred on two systems last night. Adjusting the date to a far future (like 5-5-2029) fixed the problem. Now both systems are working properly with the correct date and no longer experiencing issues.
