Problem with Windows 10 Store and device restrictions
You received an email about your device being limited on your MS Account. To add more PCs, you can update your account settings. If removing a device fails because the URL isn’t recognized, try again later. There’s no direct option to delete all linked PCs, but you can manage them through your account controls.
