When launching Windows 10, your system freezes completely, making it impossible to move the mouse or participate in a Skype call. I can still interact with the interface during the call. The issue appears around 5 minutes after startup and lasts up to two minutes. I've already reinstalled the OS, but the reset from Windows doesn't resolve it. It seems to require reinstalling Windows 7 and upgrading to Windows 10 for a stable experience. This is really frustrating.
