You can reach an independent command prompt via the advanced setup options. It should be located in the Troubleshoot section.

Press and hold the shift key while restarting, maintain the hold until the system powers off, then release it. Access advanced settings and initiate a system restore.

Fortunately, I received a fresh hard drive that I can utilize for backups, and it's great that I don't have much data stored on my Windows drive.
