Problem with Windows 10 hotspot connectivity and latency.
I own two gadgets linked to my Windows 10 hotspot. For ROS functionality, these machines must exchange data, but they can't ping each other despite being on the same network. Could anyone explain why this is happening? Any insights or fixes would be welcome!
