Inspect every stick and let me know if you have a USB stick available.

I've seen this too. The lower portion updates while the upper part remains stuck. A temporary solution is to tap the locked section of the screen. But this only works with Edge and not other programs.

It's taken a while to go through everything—each stick was tested for four hours using MemTest, and both passed all tests without any issues. Now I'm not sure what might be causing the problem.

You can execute memtest on both drives simultaneously, ensuring they are tested together. Running memtest without errors could indicate a non-RAM issue, so testing with one drive first helps confirm the problem.

Sure, I switched the RAM sticks around, but the issue persists.

Regarding drivers, all updates are applied. Windows does not automatically install drivers during a reinstallation.

They are current. The main thing I observed was that when issues occur, pressing Ctrl + Shift + Windows + B to reset the graphics driver works for a while before it resurfaces, such as after the computer wakes up from sleep. Unclear why this method helps with two separate GPUs.

You simply put the PC to sleep instead of turning it off completely.
