Problem with wifi on Fedora
I attempted to install Fedora on my PC today, booted from USB and tried operating it without the USB connection to check functionality. It seemed Fedora was assuming there was a battery connected (possibly from an UPS) which is unusual, and I wasn’t sure if it recognized the system as a laptop versus a desktop. Additionally, it failed to detect the built-in Wi-Fi adapter on my motherboard. I have an Asus ROG STRIX Z370-E gaming PC.
It might not work with any available drivers, that's what I understand
It might lack drivers for your adapter, so consider linking it via Ethernet and look for updates or new ones (especially if Fedora uses a liveCD). Edit: Another update today possibly? Revised Jan 13, 2018 by Guest
I don't have that information. Could you clarify which version you're asking about?
