Hi Everyone.
My nephew recently purchased a used gaming PC and when he arrived home, he encountered the error "Cannot Connect to Network." Please note that other devices on the network are working fine. It's a Windows 11 system, and I've tried various solutions so far.

Different networks - the PC connects to several others without issues.
A new Wi-Fi adapter also produced the same result; it works on other networks but not on his home network.
He forgot the network settings and tried reconnecting.
I ran the network troubleshooter, performed a hard reset on the router, changed the wireless network name, updated the driver for the wireless adapter, and even reinstalled Windows.

I'm still unsure what to do next. He's reaching out to his internet service provider in case they can assist. Any additional tips would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
My nephew recently purchased a used gaming PC.
When sharing a troubleshooting thread, it's important to provide complete system details. Please list your specifications clearly, following this format:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
RAM:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
Include the age of the PSU along with its make and model.
BIOS version for your motherboard at this time.
Fresh installation of Windows.
Where did you obtain the OS installer? Did you recreate it to avoid a corrupt one? Did you install the OS in offline mode? Running the installer manually, selecting an elevated command, such as right-clicking the installer and choosing Run as Administrator?
