I just built this PC and my Wi-Fi card shows a red light. It includes Bluetooth and works with Wi-Fi, but the Bluetooth isn't connecting properly. I've installed the drivers and reinstalled the card, yet I'm still stuck. The card is a Syncon PCI-E wireless adapter that supports Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3.

I think the Bluetooth drivers need to be downloaded separately.

Typically, most cards needed to be connected to the USB 2 header for Bluetooth to work. It's unclear from the image whether your card needs this connection or not, and whether it's actually plugged in.

I resolved the problem—it wasn’t related to my PC. Thanks for your understanding.

It wasn't included by default. You'll usually have to connect it via a USB port for Bluetooth functionality.
