It shows that airmon-ng identifies wlan0 as the Atheros AR9271, while ifconfig confirms it has an IP address, indicating it's already linked to your Wi-Fi network.

Notice, buddy, I'm not aiming to be rude, but you should pay closer attention to what the apps say. Airmon-ng, for instance, lets you know the WiFi adapter is already active and gives instructions on how to disable wlan0mon—simply switch off WiFi in Kali's settings and remove wlan0mon, then try again.
