Hi there, I've relied on loudness equalization ever since I was a kid. It gives everything a consistent volume, which is especially useful for gaming. For me, it makes the overall sound louder, even though I have some hearing challenges. I just stopped using my Razer Blade 15 and switched to a tower PC with the B550 Gaming X V2. Even with loudness equalization enabled, the volume still feels too soft and it doesn't seem to help much. Any suggestions on how to improve this? Tia!!
Various speakers or an alternative amplifier might work better. Your desktop isn’t a laptop, and the audio components aren’t integrated. You may have relied on the built-in features without realizing them. Each setup will respond differently. The key here is that this system can be adjusted and isn’t set up for specific use. There are many options you can experiment with.
Same headphones and driver, yet I think the amplifier is the issue. It’s frustrating—I feel like my hearing is slipping, and everything sounds too soft.
