I've noticed a problem with video playback online. When watching content at 1080p60fps in fullscreen on my 4K monitor, the frame rate drops significantly to around 30-40fps. Switching to 4K works fine, and playing the same video on other monitors also shows normal performance. The issue appears only on the 4K display when streaming at high resolution. I've tested in Chrome and Edge, but the problem persists across both browsers. CPU, RAM, and GPU usage seem low (about 30%) in Chrome's task manager. Could you help me figure this out?

Ensure G-Sync/Freesync is turned off before testing.
