I completed watching the 12-episode Season 2 of Andor on Disney+. The audio quality is extremely poor, even when both Windows and the app are set to maximum volume. Many parts of the episodes are completely inaudible, forcing me to rely on subtitles. This issue doesn’t occur with other apps or video calls I use frequently. My modest Sennheiser earbuds work better than a cheap low-impedance model, though the sound quality remains poor. I’ve reinstalled the Realtek audio driver, but it doesn’t help. It seems the problem might lie with Disney’s side, but I’m curious if there’s anything I can do myself. 'Daredevil Reborn' had a smoother experience. I’m unsure if others who watched Andor faced the same problem.

I've observed that people in Andor often whisper, and the combination of sound makes it hard to distinguish voices clearly. It's not just you.
