I recently purchased a new graphics card and reinstalled my computer. Now, when I attempt to install Windows 8.1 from the Windows Store, the system restarts and then freezes at around 82% before the installation completes. The process worked smoothly after I installed the new card and PSU. I’m looking for assistance!

I don’t see any error messages; the system appears to be running smoothly. The reinstallation of 8.1 seems unnecessary since everything worked previously. It’s possible you only need a full Windows 8 install now.

I reinstalled it thinking it would help since my computer was full of issues, but it still hangs until I restart and restores Windows 8. The error messages appear as 0x19000100 or 0x200103.

I strongly dislike the Windows Store 8.1 upgrade because it frequently doesn't clarify the issue. Have you already applied all the Windows updates? 8.1 also demands specific AHCI power settings, but since you're already using it, this shouldn't pose an issue.

I made sure all updates were applied except for the office and other items. I considered it could be due to a new graphics card.
