Hello, today I damaged my Samsung Galaxy A21 by dropping it, causing the screen to shatter completely. Although the device still functions, I can hear notifications and it charges properly. I want to back up photos stored in the phone's memory to my Windows 11 PC, but when trying to connect via USB, the battery recharges without any file transfer options appearing on the screen. Since I can't use the phone, can I still move these files?

The phone data cable is available, though only the charge cables are suitable, and not every one is ready for data use.
