Hello.
I built a PC and am attempting to install Windows, but the USB Boot Drive isn't appearing in the BIOS. I've used both Windows Media tool and Rufus, yet it doesn't work. When I plug the USB into the new computer, power it on, and enter BIOS, it still doesn't show up as a bootable device. I've adjusted many settings and followed numerous online tutorials, but nothing seems to resolve the issue... Any suggestions on debugging or fixing this?

I created the boot drive using Rufus and also attempted the Windows Media utility.
Operating systems tried: Windows 11 and Windows 10.
Hardware details:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 7600
RAM: 32GB
Power supply: RMx Shift Series 750x
Motherboard: TUF Gaming B650-PLUS WiFi
Graphics card: Asus GeForce RTX 4070 Dual

I've tried them all. Normal USB ports, USB 3.0 ports. On the back there is a USB port outlined and is written BIOS over. I've tried that too, but still nothing.

I'm working with a PNY 32GB USB 3.1 drive.
Going out to purchase another one, hoping it resolves the issue... I'll keep this update ongoing.
