Hi everyone, my friend is facing occasional problems when his VR headset isn't properly recognized by Windows Mixed Reality. The error code displayed is 4-1. I've tried updating the GPU drivers and adjusting the USB power settings after checking the BIOS, but the issue keeps coming back after a short time. Here are the specs: Intel i7-6700K, Gigabyte Z170 UD, Gigabyte 3060 GAMING, 24GB RAM. Let me know if you need anything else.

I don't have access to real-time device information. Could you clarify if you'd like instructions on how to check your connected USB port?

None of the three blue 3.0 or red 3.1 ports are available.
