Hi everyone, I hope you're all doing well. My Windows key on my laptop stopped working right after a quick restart. It worked for a short time before it stopped again. I can still use the shortcut (Win+L) to lock my laptop, but I can't use other combinations like (Win+E) to open File Explorer or (Win+R) to open Run. I tried changing the sticky key settings, but nothing helped. I bought this laptop about a week and a half ago—anyone have any advice? Thanks!

What model of laptop are you using? It might be in "gaming mode," which usually turns off the Windows key shortcut.

He mentioned something unclear, possibly due to a registry issue. Try visiting the link and setting everything back to defaults to test.

I noticed you disable the Window button in the MSI's Dragon Center. After turning it back on, everything functions properly. Thanks!
