The window button in the bottom left corner isn't responding, pressing the key also fails to open it. The internet icon on the bottom right is missing. After restarting, what issues are you experiencing?

It was a significant issue during testing when Windows 10 was being refined by internal experts. It wasn't a nice situation for about a month before Microsoft addressed it.

Only GPU rendering was discussed. It might indicate a driver issue. Remove your graphics card drivers, restart the system, and update them. That should assist.

It seems everything is functioning properly now, and I followed the advice you gave me as additional steps. I’m hoping this continues or else I’ll need to reinstall Windows again.
