Hello everyone, I recently set up a new system and encountered a problem. It seems there might be something missing or an update issue. My old PC ran Windows 10, while this one is using Windows 11. The issue appears with Chrome and Bing—works on my phone but not on the PC. When I click a UPS tracking link from my email, it opens a blank page instead of showing the tracking info. Could you help me identify what might be wrong?

Are there any pop-ups or similar issues in the browser? That was my first thought.

I used uBlock Origin initially, but turning it off didn’t help. It also wiped its cache without any impact. Deleted cookies and cache in Chrome, but nothing changed.

Someone else has a suggestion too. The site keeps warning about outdated browsers and suggests updating for a better experience.

Did you remove and put back Chrome? Have you explored different browsers like Firefox or Edge?

Don't see how un/re installing it helps, as this is a new PC. Did it anyway for shits and giggles and as I thought, no change. Yep, tried Firefox and Edge (don't know why I said bing) as well. They behave the same way. It sounds like it's something with this OS. Don't recall having this issue on previous PC. Update: Can access my credit card site now. Both on Firefox and Chrome. Still can't use UPS tracking on either.

Disabled ublock and accessed the ups website. Ensure the browser closes to allow refreshing.

Failed to resolve issue. Disabled via Chrome. Restarting the browser didn’t help; uBlock blocked again.
