Hello everyone, I'm trying to figure out why I can't right-click any of my apps on the toolbar or use the search icon. I'm also having trouble accessing apps that I haven't added to my taskbar. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Dumb question: Have you tried restarting it? Try this: Open Task Manager and kill "File Explorer". That should cause you to maybe lose display for a few seconds, the taskbar missing, display flashing, etc, but will recover in a few seconds by itself.

This situation has occurred frequently for me, and turning it off again resolves the issue. @Chilly500 Give it a try and check if it helps.

I've rebooted it more than eight times, closed File Explorer and didn't do anything else.
