I attempted to launch Steam using a shortcut, but it didn't work. There was no feedback or indication that I had interacted with it. When I tried opening it from the start menu, nothing happened. Even turning off the computer didn't resolve the issue, and it kept showing an error message about a connection problem without any further notice. Anyone have suggestions on what to do next?

To whitelist Steam, add its domain to your system's allowed domains in the settings or firewall.
