Details: CPU model AMD Ryzen 7700x, motherboard Gigabyte Gaming X AX V2, RAM 64GB g.skill, DDR5-6000 speed, GPU Zotac 4070Ti, power supply Corsair RM750e, operating system Windows 11 Pro. Built this system a short while ago without problems, but recently faced display issues after sitting for long periods. After turning it off and reinserting the GPU, it worked initially. Drivers update didn’t help. On subsequent attempts, reseating the GPU or updating BIOS and chipset drivers failed to restore display. I need to reinsert the GPU only when it’s seated properly, otherwise turning it back on briefly restores visibility. The problem persists if a display is present. I’ve tried resetting drivers with shift+ctrl+win+b, but that didn’t work. Assistance would be appreciated.

Have you experimented with alternative power cables from your power supply unit?

I don't have one. I'm using a custom 12hpwr cable from modmymods, probably the one that came with my PSU.

It seems the problem was with my custom cable. The PC shows up every time using the original PSU cable.
