I changed my motherboard and CPU (links provided) along with two DDR3 RAM sticks (Amazon). The PC fails to boot, pausing for 5-7 seconds before shutting down and restarting. It functions with a 1330MHz 2GB stick but not the other ones. When I switch the 2GB and 4GB into the same slot, only the 2GB is used. In Task Manager it indicates that the 4GB RAM is reserved for hardware.
