Open the Network connections settings in Windows 10. It should display your connection status. Regrettably, I can't provide more detailed guidance since I don’t support Mac devices.

When it blinks, it indicates a disconnection, but occasionally it functions intermittently, appearing inconsistent and seemingly influenced by the GPU used in the system.

Just reinstall the drivers. Visit your motherboard vendors site to obtain the drivers. If they don’t fit, identify the adapter brand (like Intel or Realtek) and visit their site for the correct drivers. Edit: Consider using a different Ethernet cable, though it’s usually reliable.
