I recently assembled my initial computer, but I received no screen output. Within roughly five minutes, the cooling fans activated intensely and the entire system rebooted itself.

I just removed a RAM stick, leaving only one in slot 1. The PC now restarts every 15 seconds instead of 5 minutes.
