I purchased every component except the graphics card from this assembly, since I already received one as a gift. However, my computer won’t power on when I put everything together. The only issue is rapid flashes of blue light. This is my first PC, and I’d love any advice or assistance.

Check if your CPU is not an F model. If it isn’t, you won’t be able to start without a separate graphics card since it lacks built-in graphics support.
