I recently assembled a PC (4060 Ti, Ryzen 7 7800X3D) and it functions properly with everything displaying correctly and fans operating. However, connecting an HDMI cable to a monitor doesn’t show anything. I’ve used both the graphics card slot and the CPU slot, but nothing works when I try.

Also, since the Mobo and GPU connectors aren't functioning, let's verify your monitor settings. Ensure the input is correctly set to HDMI. Most monitors can identify the signal automatically, but you might need to adjust each HDMI port manually to confirm it works.

I attempted this across several monitors but received no result, and I verified the correct input settings.

I understand, assuming the issue isn't with the HDMI cable or monitors, it suggests the problem is with your newly assembled PC. The main areas to check are the CPU, RAM, and motherboard. Once the lights and fans start up, it's likely the motherboard is working correctly, so the issue probably lies with the CPU or RAM. It's worth verifying if you've connected the power cable from the PSU to your CPU—typically found on the top left side of the motherboard.

I resolved the problem by taking the RAM out and reinserting it.
