Recently acquired a new PC, it operated smoothly for about a week before FPS began to vary significantly. Now I experience frequent stuttering and reduced FPS, making it impossible to play other games. For instance, in Black Desert Online, when I am offline with 170 FPS, using abilities causes noticeable stuttering and the FPS drops to 100. In Apex Legends, the FPS fluctuates randomly between 270 and 160.

Hardware details:
- AMD Ryzen 7 3700X
- ROG Strix B550-F GAMING
- 750W FOCUS GX-750
- 2x 8GB DDR4 3200MHz
- M.2 2200/2000 MB/s SSD
- MSI RTX 3070 VENTUS 3x
- Windows 10

Actions taken:
- Reinstalled games
- Reinstalled operating system
- Disabled VSync
- Updated drivers
- Ran malware scan
- Monitored GPU and CPU usage (normal)
- Checked temperatures consistently below 70°C
- Set RAM speed to 3200MHz via BIOS
- Adjusted CPU thermal paste
- Reset BIOS settings
- Updated BIOS
- Applied power management mode: Ultimate performance
- Verified all cables are properly connected to the motherboard
- Confirmed stable power supply with two separate cables for GPU

Any additional information would be appreciated.

Checking your CPU and GPU temperatures at idle and during gameplay. Also, confirming the type of your CPU cooler—stock or otherwise.
