Hello! Problem: New computer built yesterday started up with full fan speeds and an orange LED indicating memory issues. Fans then slowed down, followed by a red LED showing CPU activity. It either restarts with the same sequence or switches to a white LED (signal check), then a green LED (post), and finally boots into the MOBA BIOS for a brief period before returning to normal. I've tested various memory configurations, checked the CPU mount, verified PSU connections, and attempted to enter BIOS. gpu is igpu? the source must be powered on and positioned correctly before turning on the PC; otherwise, no posting will occur. Turn it off and gently push the cords occasionally—sometimes a loose one causes problems. If issues persist, it might be a faulty component or the motherboard needs an update to support that CPU. For instance, the z390 board requires two BIOS updates to run a 9900k.
The game confirms it's fully prepared for gen3 and I can't update it without a different processor. The GPU is working properly. When the video input is connected from the GPU to the monitor, the menu appears and the system pauses briefly before restarting. This suggests it can transmit signals. I've verified all cables and even tried booting with non-essential components unplugged. Notably, the motherboard features two LED zones—one upper left and one lower right—but only the upper left activates. This implies power might not reach that section, possibly indicating an issue with the game itself.
Remove just the NVME drive and check if it boots and runs smoothly. If it works, the issue is likely in the BIOS—updating it should fix it. (Based on past experience, my ROX Strix x570-I didn’t include the NVME drive, so I had to disable it, enter BIOS, apply the update, and gradually restore functionality.)

It would have been great if it worked right away. I think all your components are brand new. Have you attempted to reset the BIOS? If not, try that too—removing the CMOS battery might help since the pins behave oddly. From what you mentioned, it could actually be a faulty motherboard.
