I just finished assembling my PC and am really pleased with the build, though I encountered a minor issue. The power supply is connected and functioning, RGB lights are active, but when I press the power button inside the case no fans turn on. I’m not sure if the fans are faulty, but nothing else appears to be working. I suspect it might be a short circuit, but I’m unsure. Would anyone have any advice?

Two images showing the motherboard, focusing on the power supply connectors and the area where the power and reset switches are located would be useful.

Verify that the CPU power connector and the motherboard power connector are fully inserted. Also, ensure your RAM is securely placed with the tabs straight up and not shifting.

Verify the connection of the power button wires to the appropriate motherboard header.
