The motherboard is faulty, while the CPU and GPU are working properly. The seller isn’t willing to fix or swap it, and the return window has closed because you purchased it from Amazon. You should consider contacting the seller through their platform or exploring other options.

The motherboard was harmed by an unexpected surge, causing physical cracks in the solder joints. I don’t have any photos, but you can describe them if you’d like.

I have three M.2 SSD slots on my motherboard. I connected three SSDs, but none of them worked. I reported the issue to Gigabyte, who said all three SSDs were damaged. They claim the motherboard itself might be faulty, but they don’t seem willing to help. Additionally, some USB pins broke, and the company isn’t ready to fix anything.
