I possess a laptop for school, and I left it unattended for just a brief moment (it was secured). One of my classmates altered a setting on the lock screen that turns on high contrast for users with visual impairments. After they disabled it, the device now displays a blend of high and standard contrast, causing some text to appear white on white and many tabs to look distorted. I've tried several fixes: switching the browser's dark mode, reverting to normal settings and the login screen, clearing browser data, restarting the laptop, and repeating their steps. Still nothing resolved the issue. Occasionally it seems to fix itself randomly—sometimes powering it on works perfectly, other times everything remains problematic. This blue color is typical for a standard OneNote page.
