The laptop fan isn't spinning properly after cleaning. Initially, I thought it was just from playing a game, but after running RDR2, the speed hit a maximum of 5640 RPM and has been dropping since. Temperatures are also higher than usual—91°C on the CPU and 81°C on the GPU. The Acer support team didn<|pad|> to not respond. Could you have any tips on fixing this? You're using an Acer Helios 300 ph-315-52 i5 9300h with an RTX 2060 90W GPU.

Back then the GPU was around 76c and the CPU about 86c. Sometimes I reached 90c on the CPU and 80c on the GPU after playing for five hours, but now even a few minutes in the game brings it up to 90c. I’ll share a before-and-after photo once I’m back home.

I thoroughly disassembled the device, removed all components, and applied fresh thermal paste to ensure optimal performance.

I cleaned the fans, swapped out the original thermal paste for kryonaut, and also updated the thermal pads. I didn’t use any compressed air or similar tools.
