Uncertain how to explain this but my connection is usually stable. I usually get around 25-30 on east servers, but sometimes it jumps to 120-130 and stays there for unpredictable periods. I don’t see any link to downloads or online activity since it happens when I’m alone at home.

Maybe a network overload is affecting certain connections. Using tools like WinMT helps identify which step adds delay to reach an eastern region IP.

This addresses problems that might affect the service delivery, such as network bottlenecks or server capacity limits. As mentioned, it could stem from congestion at a connection point between providers, which is typical for services accessed in certain regions. Have you reached out to the hosting provider to describe your concerns?

There seems to be potential conflicts or traffic spikes affecting East. If these are particular servers, they might just be overwhelmed. Otherwise, everything else remains unchanged—this likely isn’t related to your internet connection.
