Problem with the internal I/O card.

Hello, welcome to PC building! I understand this can be confusing. I purchased an internal I/O card to utilize my front panel USB-C port and also connect a Wi-Fi/Bluetooth module. After installing it, the card shows it’s getting power, but neither the USB-C port nor the Wi-Fi card is functioning. I’m unsure if I need to adjust BIOS settings or update drivers. Device Manager indicates the status of the device, confirming whether a proper driver is installed. Regarding power delivery, it seems USB 3.x cards typically require stable power and may fail to initialize if the connection is weak.

It indicates a Windows driver was used for the card. A setup like 1 USB-C port and a Wi-Fi card might not draw enough power to disable the card.

there are numerous elements involved, making it hard to explain everything. maybe test with just a USB stick instead.
