I have an Intel E97378 cooler and need to take it out. One of the “pull tabs” won’t move, it spins but stays in place. Got any suggestions?

Use a flat head screwdriver with a slot for insertion. For future use, purchase replacement pins online. Some aftermarket coolers employ the same design, prompting replacements when needed. If the tool fails, turn the motherboard over, find the jammed pin, and gently squeeze it through using paper clips. Handle carefully to avoid damaging the board or components behind it. When the cooler is no longer required, separate the pin—it's made of plastic.
