Just installed a new PC and it functioned properly during initial testing. After the first power cycle, the red CPU debug LED lit up, there was no GPU fan activity, and no display or BIOS appeared. I attempted to re-seat the CPU, plugged it in and out again, reseated the RAM, and switched to a different GPU, but the issue persisted. The motherboard is an MSI MAG B550 and the CPU is a Ryzen 9 5900x.

Did you confirm your motherboard's BIOS is current for 5900x? Have you attempted to reset the CMOS?

The device managed to send a message, but I resolved the issue by resetting the CMOS. Appreciate the help!
