You're experiencing a glitch where your screen cuts out, turning black with incorrect resolution details like 1080p at 60fps, then dropping to 1080p at 0fps, and finally returning to full screen. This happens while playing in FiveM. It may be related to network issues, server problems, or client settings. Check your internet connection, try restarting the game, and ensure your system drivers are up to date.

It seems there might be some confusion about the issue. Let's review: Are you experiencing problems with the monitor? Make sure all cables and connections are secure. A loose connector can lead to signal loss or other issues. Additionally, consider adjusting the overclocking settings for your 4-core i5 processor to help avoid CPU bottlenecks.

The CPU is extremely slow compared to the GPU. Upgrade to a new AMD R5 or Intel i5 model. Don’t forget an SSD!

No SSD, only 44% bottle neck available, no funds for a replacement.

The details you provided don’t strongly suggest the CPU is the main issue, even if it’s a bit old. If you received that exact figure from a so-called bottleneck calculator site, those results are generally unreliable.
