Thank you for reaching out. I've noticed some problems with my computer lately. Every time I power it on, it freezes right after the BIOS loading screen appears. I assumed the issue was related to the Windows installation, so I performed a fresh install using both an SSD and an HDD. However, whenever the system tried to start on the SSD, it would freeze during installation. After that, I considered a potential SSD hardware problem and moved the installation to the HDD, but it still froze at the same location. I'm really unsure what's going on and would appreciate any advice or guidance you can provide. This is especially important since it's around the holidays and I need it fixed quickly for my brother. Thank you for your help.

It's option 2) Something is wrong in your UEFI/BIOS.
Or option 1) Your RAM failed completely.
