My computer shut down suddenly, but testing the PSU with a paperclip confirmed it was functional. After removing everything, fans stopped only when connecting the CPU 8-pin connector. It seems the issue might be related to the CPU or its connector. I've attached a link showing which fans were spinning. Thanks for the assistance!

I'm using a 3070, a Ryzen 5600, and a Corsair RM 750x. After swapping the GPU, fans didn't spin until the CPU power cable was connected.
