Your computer won’t power down via Windows, remains active unless you force a shutdown, but you’re worried about potential damage. The monitor shuts off while RGB, fans, and GPU stay running. It’s urgent to fix this before replacing the device.

Gpu fans cease operation, yet RGB remains active on R7 3700X, Gigabyte Eagle RTX 3070 PCIe ballistix 16GB with RGB stays on even when powered down, paired with a Corsair 750W PSU and a Corsair AIO. All fans continue running.

Sure, I'll look into the bios this evening for any adjustments.

The GPU cooling system shutting down means the PC has powered down. Many users prefer their RGB lights to remain active even when the computer is off, so the default setting keeps them on. You can adjust this in the BIOS. Regarding the case fan, it appears connected via a standard power cord or possibly a USB port depending on the model.
