Problem with the computer freezing or lagging.
I own an AMD Radeon RX 580 from Power Color that has worked perfectly in my setup for two years. Recently, I upgraded my AMD drivers to the Adrenaline version since it was outdated. After removing the previous driver and reinstalling, my display keeps stuttering even when idle, rendering it unusable (see attached video). I've experimented with changing monitors, reinstalling the old drivers, adjusting cables, and installing new Intel graphics drivers (I have an i7 8700k). The only solution that helps is linking the HDMI port on my motherboard to a monitor, but then the graphics card isn't engaged and games won't run. Any advice would be appreciated.
